Refund policy

We want you to love your Pierre Éclat jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
